Problem:

When trying to log in to OpSec InSight I am getting the following error message at the user login screen: 'Wrong Email or Password'.  I do not remember my password.  

 

How to Resolve:

Please follow these steps to reset your password:

 

  • From the user login screen click the ‘Don’t remember your password?’ hyperlink.
  • Enter your OpSec InSight username email address where prompted & click the ‘Send Email’ button
  • Check your email for a message from customerservice@opsecsecurity.com and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
  • Login using your OpSec InSight username email address and newly created password

Results:

You should now be able to successfully login to your OpSec InSight account.
