Problem:
A customer, customs agent, or internal user needs to know the status of a serial or range of serials (identifiers)
How to Resolve:
Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Assuming the user has the proper permissions in place, they would select the program in question from the list under their user name in the upper right hand side of the screen in InSight

- Then the user would navigate to the "Authentication" screen in InSight

- Now the user will enter the identifier or range in the box labeled "Identifier"
- If there is also a validation code they would enter that in the box labeled "Validation Code"
- Click "Find" and the system will return the results for that Identifier or range based on the Status' and Events set up for that program
Results:
The system will return the results of the Authentication
