Problem:
I am unable to login due to an issue with Chrome extensions
How to Resolve:
In Google Chrome, please make sure you do not have any added extensions. You can view this:
- Settings
- Extensions
Also, InSight cannot have cookies blocked.
Follow these steps to turn off:
- Settings
- Advanced
- Privacy and Security
- Site Settings
- Cookies - Block third-party cookies – turn this button off
Results:
You should now be able to login.
