Problem:

Customer unable to declare usage of UIDs.  Received error message “One or more UIDs was not received at the stated location.”

How to Resolve:

Please follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  • Confirm to which organization the labels/UIDs were shipped.  
  • Confirm that is the correct organization
  • Confirm user is affiliated with that organization and correctly associated to it in InSight
  • Update user profile if needed or create delegate for the organization if needed

Results:

The user should now be able to declare UIDs
