Problem:

Customer is unable to declare receipt of shipment in InSight.

How to Resolve:

Please follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  • Confirm to which organization the labels/UIDs were shipped.  
  • Confirm user is affiliated with that organization and correctly associated to it in InSight
  • Show user the container ID on the packing list that came with the shipment.  Note for Michigan Tax Stamps there may be two container IDs for the shipment.  One for 30,000 pc rolls of stamps, and one for 1,500 pc rolls
  • Navigate to the appropriate Receipt event in InSight.  For Michigan Tax Stamps the event is Stamper Receipt.
  • Enter the container ID into the From field and click Add.  Repeat for additional container IDs.


Results:

The UIDs in the shipment should now be declared as Received.
