How to Resolve:

Available barcode formats:

Barcode 2

Barcode 5

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Barcode 2 is the standard barcode format and should be used for any program that DOES NOT use the "Container Label" feature of InSight. (add definition of container label)
Barcode 5 should be used for any program that DOES use the "Container Label" feature in InSight. Examples of current programs that use this feature are: Michigan Tax Stamp, Elsevier, Whirlpool

Making the right selection when setting up an item will result in problem free label printing for our internal and external users.
