Problem:
I need to clear/delete my cache to resolve an issue in Trademark Insight.
How to Resolve:
Browsers: (click the browser name to be taken to specific instructions)
Google Chrome
1. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.
2. On the left side of the screen, click Privacy and security.
3. Click Clear browsing data.
4. Select a time range (preferably All time) and select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” (and any other desired options).
5. Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
1. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.
2. Click Privacy, search and services on the left side of the screen.
3. Scroll down to Clear browsing data.
4. Click Choose what to clear.
5. Select a time range (preferably All time) and select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” (and any other desired options).
6. Click Clear now.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three lines in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Clear data.
- Make sure “Cookies and Site Data” and “Cached Web Content” are selected.
- Click Clear.
Safari
1. Click the Safari tab in the top left corner of the screen and select Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab of the menu that pops up.
3. At the bottom of the menu, make sure “Show Develop menu in menu bar” is selected.
4. Click the Develop tab on the main screen’s toolbar.
5. Click Empty Caches.
